Glacier Water: Primo Water completes acquisition of Glacier

Winston-Salem based Primo Water Corp. has completed the largest acquisition in its history. The bottled water supplier (NASDAQ: PRMW) announced Monday that it had closed its $273 million acquisition of Glacier Water Services, a deal that Triad Business Journal had reported was in the works in October.
