Glenmount Global Solutions: PE-backed ETech acquires Glenmount Global Solutions

E-Technologies Group, a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners, has acquired Glenmount Global Solutions Inc, a provider of control and automation solutions to both process and discrete manufacturing. No financial terms were disclosed.
