Globanet: Veritas Technologies acquires L.A. software company

Veritas Technologies LLC, a data protection company based in Santa Clara, California, announced Monday that it had acquired Globanet, a 21-year-old Los Angeles-based company that sells software and services for compliance with global regulatory requirements.
