Customers all have different needs, mail preferences and ways in which they wish to communicate and receive mail from their suppliers. As a buyer, they expect the company with which they do business to understand their needs and anticipate their demands without asking for it. Therefore, even though almost everything today is exchanged through some form of technology, some customers still prefer operating the old fashioned way of receiving communications in non-digital format and have a heavy reliance on postal mail.
