GMH Capital Partners: Development team selected for Aggie Square

The University of California Davis has selected a pair of developers, Wexford Science & Technology LLC and GMH Capital Partners, to build out the first phase of Aggie Square, a planned satellite campus and biotech hub in Sacramento.
