Gold Coast Beverage: Gold Coast Beverage Distributors facility sells for $27M

The price tag of Reyes Beverage Group's acquisition of Gold Coast Beverage Distributors is confidential, but the real estate side of the deal was worth a cool $27 million. That's how much Lone Oak - Broward, an affiliate of Reyes, paid for Gold Coast's Pompano Beach distribution facility. The buyer secured a $20.3 million mortgage from Wells Fargo Bank.
