Goodman Networks: South Florida company acquires telecom assets for $107.5 million

Palm Beach Gardens-based Dycom announced Friday an agreement to acquire telecommunication-related assets of Goodman Networks. The acquired properties, which provide wireless communication in Texas, Georgia, Southern California and other areas, are expected to produce as much as $165 million in revenue over the next year, the company estimates.
