GoodWest: Pennsylvania firm acquires Clearwater specialty beverage company Skinny Mixes

Clearwater's Skinny Mixes LLC, a specialty beverage company, has been acquired by Pennsylvania-based national provider of coffee condiments. Details of the transaction with GoodWest Industries, in which LCG Capital Investors of Clearwater served as the exclusive investment banker, were not disclosed.
