GOODWILL: Goodwill buys suburban Tampa real estate for almost $17 million

Goodwill-Industries Suncoast Inc. now owns the suburban Tampa real estate where it recently opened its 20th retail location and a new distribution center. Goodwill paid $16.86 million for the property at 1407 S. U.S. Hwy 301 in a deal that closed May 8, according to a Hillsborough County deed filed Friday.
