Gordon Biersch: Park Place loses brewery to parent's bankruptcy

A brewery and restaurant in Leawood's Park Place will shutter after its parent filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant closed at the shopping center, where it opened in 2011, The Kansas City Star reports. Its parent company, Nashville-based CraftWorks Holdings LLC, also owns Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom and Logan's Roadhouse.
