Grand Peaks: Denver company buys Portland apartments for $23.5 million

Grand Peaks Properties has paid $23.45 million for a new apartment complex in the red-hot Portland, Oregon, market. Denver-based Grand Peaks bought the 83-unit Cameron, completed in February. A broker said the complex "was designed to appeal to professionals and graduate students looking for an upscale living environment in the heart of downtown Portland."
