Greco and Sons: National food distributor pays $22M for Phoenix property

Greco & Sons Inc. - a national food distributor specializing in Italian meats, pastas and olive oils - bought a distribution and industrial property in Phoenix for $22.4 million. Greco bought the Santa Fe Logistics Center near 43rd Avenue, Camelback Road and Grand Avenue in west Phoenix. The property totals 367,963 square feet. The seller was Phoenix-based Tratt Properties.
