Green Mountain Consulting: Green Mountain pays $4M for East Memphis office

Green Mountain Consulting has closed on the $4 million purchase of its new headquarters in East Memphis. The Cordova-based logistics company, as I reported last week, is planning to spend $1.2 million on renovations of the 60,241-square-foot building at 5860 Ridgeway Center Pkwy., bringing its planned investment in the property up to $5.2 million.
