Green Plate Foods: Celebrate Brands buys gluten-free snack maker

Big changes are in store for Lisa Pounds, the founder and CEO of Houston-based Green Plate Kitchen Inc. Pounds' national snack company - formerly known as Green Plate Foods - was acquired by Houston-based Celebrate Brands LLC in January, and she has been named the new CEO of Celebrate Brands, according to a news release.
