GreenSlate Blog New Form I-9 and Verification Method in Effect

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a revised Form I-9 August 1st, 2023. Until October 31st, 2023, employers will have the option to use either the old or new version of the I-9. Effective November 1, 2023, all employers will be required to use the new version of the I-9.
