Grindmaster-Cecilware: Electrolux buys this Louisville-based company

AB Electrolux announced today that it has acquired Louisville-based Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp., a company that manufactures hot, cold and frozen beverage-dispensing equipment. Cash consideration for the deal is for $108 million, but other terms of the deal were not disclosed in a news release. Grindmaster-Cecilware had net sales last year of more than $65 million and has about 200 employees.
