Gritness: Under Armour buys another Austin fitness tech company, report says

Gritness Inc., a fitness schedule management software maker, has been acquired by athletic gear giant Under Armour Inc. The deal was first reported Monday by SearchMarketing Daily. Tommy Fad, CEO of Austin-based Gritness, couldn't be reached for comment.
