Miami-Dade County's oldest bank announced a leadership change this week as part of its expansion plans. Grove Bank & Trust has hired former Popular Community Bank executive Jose R. Vazquez as its president and chief lending officer. The president role was formerly held by Rick Kuci, who will remain as the bank's CEO and chairman of the board of directors.
