GTECH: GTECH out, IGT in at downtown landmark

The GTECH Center in downtown Providence at the corner of Francis Street and Memorial Boulevard is changing its signage and name after the merger in April of GTECH and Nevada-based International Game Technology to create a new company, IGT.The GTECH letters on top of the 10-floor structure are being replaced and the building will change its name to IGT Center.
