Baar/Switzerland, 2nd December 2019: GUTERMANN, a global leader in leak detection solutions for the water industry, today announces the launch of ZONESCAN NB-IoT – the world’s first water leak detecting noise logger based on Narrowband Internet of Things (“NB-IoT”) for permanent monitoring of water distribution mains. The official launch market launch is on the 4th December, coinciding with the first World Water Loss Day and the start of the North America Water Loss exhibition in Nashville where GUTERMANN will unveil the new product. Successful pilot projects with the ZONESCAN NB-IoT have already been concluded in France, the UK and in Australia.
