Gw Communications: PE-backed UniTek buys GW Communications

UniTek Global Services, which is backed by Littlejohn & Co and New Mountain Finance Corp, has acquired GW Communications, a broadband infrastructure services firm. The sellers were Turning Point Venture Partners and Blue Dog Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Drake Star Partners provided financial advice to GW Communications on the deal.
