Halyard: Halyard Health (HYH) to Acquire CoolSystems for $65 Million

Halyard Health, Inc. (NYSE: HYH) announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CoolSystems, Inc., marketed as Game Ready, a market-leading provider of cold therapy and compression therapy systems for a total consideration of $65 million in cash.
