Hamilton State Bank: Hamilton State Bancshares to merge with Highland Financial Services

Hamilton State Bancshares Inc. will merge with Highland Financial Services Inc. Hoschton, Ga.-based Hamilton said with the addition of Highland, it will operate 28 branches throughout North Georgia.
