Hanard: ATI buys Oregon-based precision machining company

Allegheny Technologies Inc. announced Friday that it has acquired Salem, Ore.-based Hanard Machine Inc. Hanard performs precision machining on parts and components made from titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and superalloys, aluminum, specialty steel, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, according to ATI (NYSE: ATI).
