Hannibalindustries: Nucor to acquire Los Angeles-based steel racking manufacturer in $370M deal

The Charlotte-based steel manufacturer announced the deal on Tuesday, its second acquisition in the last two months. It follows the $1 billion purchase of a business segment of Cary-based Cornerstone Building Brands in June.
