Hargrove: Maryland events company behind presidential inaugurations acquired

Lanham event services company Hargrove Inc. has been acquired by the holding company of Schiller Park, Illinois-based PSAV, a move expected to create partnership and referral opportunities for both in the live events space. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
