A Houston-area barbecue chain is cooking up its next location. Harris County Smokehouse plans to open its third restaurant in Katy at the southwest corner of the Grand Parkway and Interstate 10, according to a release. The company operates eateries at 19811 Northwest Freeway and 14243 FM 2920 in Tomball. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The restaurant expects to open this summer.
