Harris F : Korean coffeehouse Hollys Coffee beats Starbucks in customer satisfaction

South Korean coffee chain Hollys Coffee got the highest satisfaction score from Korean consumers, beating out Starbucks and other rivals in terms of store convenience and brand favorability. Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) said Monday that Hollys Coffee topped the satisfaction list of its online survey conducted from Sept. 4 to 16 on 1,031 consumers of the country’s top six coffeehouses by revenue.
