Magic Falls Rafting Company has graciously offered a rafting fundraiser for Cassidy's Kitchen. Plan to spend a day of white water rafting on the Kennebec on Saturday, July 25th, 2015. The day begins at 9 am and ends about 4pm. Your ticket will include 3hour trip down the kennebec Followed by a hearty BBQ and vidoe of the days event. The Kennebec River Gorge is one of the most beautiful in the East with steep rock walls covered with conifers on both sides, and with many waves that are four to six feet high. You'll paddle into rapids with names like Big Mama, White Washer, and the famous Magic Falls. Then, with the rapids behind you, jump in and float with the current while you feel the power of the river, taking you downstream.The price of the ticket is $80 (regular tickets cost $110).
