RICHFIELD, OH and DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Aug 14, 2015) - WMK, Inc., dba, "MobilityWorks" with 35 locations in 13 states and HASCO Medical (the "Company") (OTCQB: HASC), with 22 locations in 11 states today entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") whereby a wholly-owned subsidiary of WMK will merge with and into the Company (the "Merger"), with the Company surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of WMK, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Merger Agreement.
