Hastings: Safety products: Chain saw scabbards improved with new material

Utility tools: Hastings, a manufacturer of hot line tools and equipment, improves its chain saw scabbard with new material. Using the same design, the scabbards are now made from non-conductive, lightweight polyethylene.
