While we officially opened on December 24, 2010, we didn't have our own beers on tap until January 12, 2011. So we're celebrating our "Beerthday!"Join us over two days this year - January 11 & 12!January 11 is our Clare's Thirsty release! Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Raspberries will be on tap all day (while it lasts!) Bottles are sold out - but 5 and 10oz draft pours will be available. No growler or howler fills. Live music from our Americana Music series starts at 7:30pm.January 12 is our Beerthday!!! On tap all day -On A Rooftop Saison - 4.9%Brewed with wildflower honey and fresh thyme, this beer celebrates the marriage of our dear friends, Luke and Jenny.Here comes the sun Juicy IPA - 5.8%Pale, oats, and torrified wheat comprise the malt bill. Hopped and then dry-hopped with Ahtanum, Cascade, and Citra. We also added loads of lemon and lime peels, and sliced Navel oranges post fermentation. Huge citrus flavor and aroma!La Estupidamente Estupida Cerveza de Pedro el Cabron Double IPA - 7.8%One of our most hopped up beers to date. Kettle additions of Ahtanum, Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra. Dry-hopped with Ekuanot, Citra Noble, and Simcoe cryo-hops. Abundant grapefruit and orange rind and piney resins.Malt Liquor (official name tbd) - 8.2%Brewed with Pilsner malt, dextrose, a bunch of corn and a dash of Cascade hops. Malty sweetness and smooth drinking.Acrimonious Imperial Stout & 4 vintages of Indignant available in a flight!4 months aged in Woodford Reserve barrels10 months aged in Woodford Reserve barrels15 months aged in Woodford Reserve barrels25 months aged in Woodford Reserve Double Oak barrelsJoin us - it wouldn't be a party without you!!
