HBAC: Outlook 2014: Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts says building permits for new homes show modest growth, still lower than national average

The study by housing economist Elliott Eisenberg showed that unless Massachusetts builds new homes at a rate that is at or above the national average, prices will continue to rise.
