Headwaters MB LLC, a Denver-based investment banking firm, has been acquired by another investment bank based in Boston. Headwaters -- based at 1225 17th St. in Denver -- and Boston-based Capstone Partners LLC announced "a strategic transaction whereby Capstone has acquired Headwaters to form Capstone Headwaters LLC."
