Allscripts is making its patient engagement platform FollowMyHealth available to Microsoft HealthVault users to transition their health data to before Microsoft shuts down its service in November.Three things to know:1. Microsoft is set to discontinue its patient medical records management service HealthVault by Nov. 20, after which any data stored on the platform will be deleted.2. Allscripts' FollowMyHealth mobile app is free to sign up for and allows consumers and patients to share their health information with family and healthcare providers.3.
