India ranked 4th in the survey of the list of countries which are deprived of vacation for some or the other reasons. Apparently, the co-ordination of time with friends and family and other similar issues hold them back from taking a vacation. Work schedules never match of some people while others think that not taking a leave will give a positive impression on their employers.
