Hehr International: LCI Subsidiary to Acquire California Manufacturer
A subsidiary of Elkhart-based LCI Industries (NYSE: LCI) has acquired California-based window manufacturer Hehr International Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Lippert Components Manufacturing Inc. says the Hehr team will remain with LCI.
