Hensley: Cincinnati contractor acquires local rival

Cincinnati contractor Fenton Rigging & Contracting announced Thursday that it has acquired local competitor Hensley Industries. The transaction was completed on Aug. 20. The purchase price of the company was not disclosed. Hensley's Kemper Road offices will close as part of the deal.
