Hercules Offshore: Vantage buys jack-up rig from bankrupt Hercules

Offshore drilling contractor Vantage Drilling has acquired the Hercules 260 jack-up rig from the bankrupt driller Hercules Offshore and has renamed it the Vantage 260.
