Here To Serve: Two Here to Serve restaurants file for bankruptcy protection

Leigh Catherall, president and CEO of Here To Serve Restaurant Group (H2SR), has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for two of its shuttered restaurants - Noche and Smash at Town Brookhaven. The Nov. 4 filings show Catherall owed thousands for past due rent and a bank loan totaling $1.25 million from Iberia Bank. "This was all in response into an eviction filed in DeKalb County Magistrate Court," said bankruptcy attorney Scott B. Riddle. "They filed Chapter 11 to stop the evictions....
