Calcium carbonate concentrates manufacturer Heritage Plastics Inc. received several citations and was ordered to pay a fine of $159,118 by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for exposing workers at its Picayune, MS facility to amputation hazards.
