Heyzap Blog Fyber Parent Company RNTS Media Acquires Inneractive

Now, we're pleased to share with you that RNTS Media (our parent company) has just signed a binding agreement to acquire Inneractive Ltd.Inneractive, based in Tel Aviv, is a fast-growing mobile ad exchange with a strong RTB business, and we're thrilled to have them join us in our mission to power the app economy. We want to let you know that RNTS Media's acquisition of Inneractive doesn't affect Heyzap's operations, or the creation of Heyzap and Fyber's combined platform; Inneractive will continue to function as an independent entity. In the future, we'll work to create technology integrations that allow seamless customer access to cross-company products by connecting some of the benefits between Inneractive, Heyzap, and Fyber.
