Heyzap has now completed the transaction of being acquired by RNTS Media (Fyber's parent company), with the goal of creating a superior combined platform. We will be bringing together our combined expertise on everything from various ad formats to mediation algorithms in order to create one of the largest independent supply-side platforms available in the marketplace today. It has been an exciting journey since we started the company back in 2009, and we are really looking forward to the future.We want to assure you that all Heyzap products and features will continue to fully function without interruption as we begin working on the combined platform with Fyber. You'll continue to receive your publisher earnings on schedule, and keep working with the same people in support and sales that you know and trust. Very little is going to change right now, but in the long term we'll be combining forces to facilitate the best developer and advertiser experiences possible.We're moving forward with a strong roadmap, and can't wait to share the things we'll build together with our expanded resources and knowledge. All of our products and features will continue to fully function without interruption. We'll be rolling out new updates and features at accelerated speed, so stay tuned.Will my business and/or support contacts at Heyzap change?-No, you will continue to communicate with the same Account Managers, Support team members, and other business contacts.What is going to happen to my Heyzap account?-Your Heyzap account will stay the same, and we'll aim to smoothly migrate the account over to a better combined platform over the next year. Rest assured, this will require little to no effort on your part.PublishersWhat will be in the combined platform on the publisher side?-We'll be taking Heyzap's top features and adding them to Fyber's offerings to create a stronger platform. When app publishers are ready to test the combined platform, we'll provide a seamless upgrade process requiring little to no code changes and automatic account setup. Publishers can update at their own pace with comprehensive support from Heyzap and Fyber. We'll work with publishers at every step to continue to fill in feature gaps and improve the product.What will happen to my publisher revenue? Will I notice changes in revenue?-Your publisher revenue will continue to be paid out per the normal Heyzap schedule, and you will continue to earn money if you are actively showing ads from the Heyzap Network. No changes to your revenue will occur as a result of this transaction.Do I need to update my SDK?-There is no SDK update needed right now; we will continue to roll out new SDK updates in conjunction with our product roadmap. You can keep track of our releases here. It's our top priority to make this a smooth and seamless process for all of our publishers, and any future updates will require minimal code changes.Will Heyzap Mediation continue to use the same algorithms to prioritize my networks?-Yes. You won't see any differences in how our algorithms prioritize your networks; we'll continue to award impressions to the best performing network. We expect to plug in more demand sources in the coming months and improve our publishers' monetization capabilities.Will I be able to use the same networks currently available on Heyzap Mediation?-Yes. All of the networks currently available for use on Heyzap Mediation will continue to be available for all publishers. We'll continue to add new networks as we go along, and have more access to demand on the combined platform under Fyber.Will you support the same frameworks?-Yes, and we plan to support even more together as a combined platform.Will Heyzap Mediation continue to be free to use?-Yes. Heyzap Mediation will continue to be free for publishers on Heyzap and publishers that switch over to the combined platform. AdvertisersWhat will be in the combined platform on the advertiser side?-Advertisers will start to see increased demand as Heyzap works towards a combined platform with Fyber. We'll have a combined global reach of over half a billion monthly active users with the new platform, and hope to elevate your user acquisition efforts in both quality and scale. Will my campaigns be affected?-No, your campaigns will not be affected by this transition; advertisers will see installs coming through as normal. Advertisers can continue to set up new campaigns on our platform.What if I'm already working with Fyber?-If you're already advertising with Fyber, no changes will occur for now. As we transition into the combined platform, you might see some interesting new features.
