HighQ: OP's HighQ sells to global public company

HighQ, which has a North American headquarters in Overland Park, has been acquired by a global public company for an undisclosed amount. The London-based company provides cloud-based software that enables secure file sharing, content marketing and collaboration for law firms and in-house counsel.
