Homepolish: Startup, Homepolish, signs 10-year deal at 27W24

Interior design start-up, Homepolish, has signed a 10-year lease for 11,000 s/f at MJ Orbach Associate's 27 West 24th Street. The Kaufman Organization,'s Aron Orbach and Ian Norris represented the landlord. Elie Reiss of Skylight Leasing represented the tenant. Asking rent was in the high-$60's per square foot range.
