Honeywell: Honeywell Denied Fast Appeal Over Pension Suit Transfer Denial

Honeywell International Inc. can't immediately appeal a decision requiring it to litigate over the pension benefits owed to certain married retirees in Illinois rather than North Carolina, the Seventh Circuit said.
