Horwood Homewares: TTK Prestige forms wholly-owned subsidiary in UK; eyes new asset

The subsidiary is expected to acquire 100 percent equity in Horwood Homewares, which will be funded by a debt of Rs 20 crore, says TT Jagannathan, Chairman of TTK Prestige.
