Hot Indian Foods, the Minneapolis-based eatery that serves up burritos, quesadillas and fries, will open another location inside the Minneapolis skyway system this winter. Hot Indian Foods is moving into the former Subway restaurant space inside the 121 S. 8th St. building (formerly known as the TCF Bank building), according to a blog post from Founder and Owner Amol Dixit.
