My photographs highlight those details that are usually overlooked; they make everyday moments potent and vital. Many of my images also relate the infinite, taken-for-granted aspects and forms of water-or their absence.Capturing images is an emotional and spiritual experience for me. Surrounded by the cycle of life, with my camera and journal in hand, I know that Water is Life, without it we die.I love art, music, Seattle, the San Juan Islands, the resident Orca whales, Mount Rainier, and, of course, rain.
