Houlihan's: Landry's completes purchase of Houlihan's remaining locations

The sale of Houlihan's parent company to Houston-based Landry's has closed. HRI Holding Corp., the parent company of Leawood, Kansas-based Houlihan's Restaurants Inc., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November, citing issues such as industry headwinds, senior management changes and unfavorable leases.
